Our new monthly series begins with the epic: Mughal-e-Azam directed by K. Asif (1960) with a very special introduction and post-film discussion hosted by Vidhi Salla of the International radio show Vidhi's Bollywood Jukebox.

Set in 17th century India, this classic film portrays a historical legend; the forbidden love between crown prince Salim and Anarkali, a servant girl.
