About the event
Jonathan Denham serves as Music Director and Organist at the First Congregational Church in Woodstock, VT. Originally from upstate New York, Jonathan studied with Dr. Judy Congdon at Houghton University, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance. After graduating in 2019, he and his family moved to Woodstock in 2020. At the church, Jonathan leads services, a worship team, and recently, a revival of the Revere Handbell Choir. First Congregational hosts a three-manual Austin organ from 1968. Along with music duties, Jonathan serves as Property Manager for the church. He, his wife Anne, and daughter Joy love the outdoor activities in Vermont and New Hampshire and look forward to continue exploring, hiking, biking, and skiing the area.
In order to make this program accessible for all, we are offering tickets by donation. Our Monthly Lunchtime Pipe Organ Concert Series is currently struggling financially to cover costs. Please consider making a donation to help us support the artists and be able to continue this series. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Enjoy the program and THANK YOU for your support!
